Heart Planting ~ is a local small farm in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, specializing in self-produced and self-sold goods. The main product of the "Heart Planting" black tea series is the locally sourced Sun Moon Lake black tea. We employ organic and natural farming methods, nurturing fine tea with care, using pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free cultivation that respects nature. We manage the land using grass growth management techniques, allowing crops and the environment to grow together with minimal intervention. Although this journey is full of hardships and challenges, only by returning the land to its original health can we yield tea that is rich in authentic flavors and natural aromas. Although we lack a glorious historical background, we are driven by the idea of returning to pure nature, embracing our original intentions, and rekindling the passion and inspiration deep within.
