Xiangshan Viewing Platform Introduction
Officially opened on November 9, 2014, this cantilevered viewing platform stands 10 meters high and is designed with the inspiration of the "pestle" from the Shau ethnic group. Its unique steel construction can support dozens of people, showcasing the aesthetic beauty of engineering. The cantilever gradually tilts towards Sun Moon Lake, providing a better vantage point while creating an illusion of diving into the lake. The platform's surface features a hollow grid, allowing visitors to experience the thrill of walking among the treetops and on the surface of Sun Moon Lake, while enjoying the beautiful views of Lalu Island, Hanbi Peninsula, and Shueishe Dam.
