During a culinary trip in Baolai, Liugui, Kaohsiung, we visited the Satisfaction Hotel, which has been around since 1969. This long-standing restaurant exudes the charm of a traditional establishment, reminiscent of dining at grandma's house, and features a menu with both set meals and à la carte options highlighting mountain and river produce.
