Wufengqi Scenic Area Introduction
Wufeng Qishan is located on the western side of Jiaoxi Township in Yilan County, at the junction of the Xueshan Mountain Range and the Lanyang Plain. From a distance, the five prominent peaks stand out dramatically from the plains, resembling the five flags on the back of a dramatic martial artist. It is a famous scenic area in Jiaoxi Township. Although the elevation of the steep Wuqifeng is only 500 meters, the terrain is steep and the cliffs are sheer. This type of rugged cliff terrain is formed by the very hard quartzy sandstone strata.
