Linmei Shipan Trail Introduction
Linmei Stone Pan Trail, located in Linmei Village, Jiaoxi Township, is a circular trail named after "Linmei" and "Stone Pan." "Linmei" refers to the local village name (Linmei Village, Jiaoxi Township), which was originally called "Linwei" before it was renamed "Linmei." "Stone Pan" refers to the Stone Pan Waterfall. The trail stretches for 1.7 kilometers and features valleys, streams, waterfalls, stone pans, and pristine forests with many Taiwan cypress trees along the way. The scenery is diverse and ecologically rich, making it a perfect spot for water play and waterfall appreciation. The trail is filled with cypress and Taiwan cypress trees, showcasing spectacular waterfalls and small ponds throughout the route, offering a delightful natural experience. There are viewing platforms along the path where visitors can rest and enjoy panoramic views of the Lanyang Plain, providing a feast for the eyes.
