Linmei Shipan Trail Introduction
The Linmei Stone Dike Trail, located in Linmei Village, Jiaoxi Township, is a circular path named after "Linmei" and "Stone Dike." "Linmei" refers to the local village name (Linmei Village, Jiaoxi Township), which was originally called "Linwei" before being changed to "Linmei." "Stone Dike" refers to the Stone Dike Waterfall. The trail is 1.7 kilometers long and features gullies, streams, waterfalls, stone dikes, and primitive forests along with a bamboo forest, providing a diverse and rich ecological environment. The trail is rich in ecology, with a gentle route suitable for water play and waterfall viewing, surrounded by mountain species and bamboo forests. Spectacular waterfalls and small pools are scattered throughout, offering a fun natural landscape. There are observation platforms along the trail, allowing visitors to rest while enjoying panoramic views of the Lanyang Plain.
