Linmei Shipan Trail Introduction
Linmei Shihpan Trail, located about ten minutes by car from downtown Jiaoxi, lies beside the Xueshan Mountain Range and is renowned for its magnificent canyon terrain, earning the nickname "Little Taroko of Yilan." The trail stretches 1.7 kilometers with a friendly elevation and a wide, gentle path. This area was once an old route for early residents to transport timber and access water sources. Today, walking along it, one can still see the remnants of ancient water channels and dense subtropical forests. The verdant ferns and bamboo trees intertwine to create a natural shade, making it an excellent retreat from the hustle and bustle during the summer.
