Yuqing Temple Introduction
Jiaoxi Jiulong Mountain Yuching Palace, with its majestic and grand appearance, is dedicated to the Jade Emperor. Established in the 65th year of the Republic of China, the first floor serves as the ceremonial hall, the second floor as the meditation room, the third floor as the Hall of the Dao Ancestor, and the fourth floor as the Jade Emperor Hall. The temple is popular among worshippers from all over the country, with a strong incense presence and divine might. Jiulong Mountain, resembling a dragon with nine ridges encircling it, boasts impressive grandeur; the temple is situated with mountains behind and water in front, with Bai'e Lake directly below. Bai'e Lake is as clear as a mirror, and colorful clouds appear before your eyes. On both sides of the temple, there are four ridges, creating an extraordinary atmosphere, as if looking down upon the world, with expansive views over the Lanyang Plain, abundant fertile fields, and a distant view of the East Coast with its magnificent blue waves.
