Bolan Avenue is not only in Taitung, but there is also a beautiful Bolan Avenue hidden in Sanqi Village, Dongshan Township, Yilan County, which is a secret place in Yilan. Unlike the straight Bolan Avenue in Chishang, Taitung, Yilan's Bolan Avenue features winding paths that enhance its visual appeal, making the scenery even more striking than that of Taitung's Bolan Avenue. From late June to early July, when the lush green rice fields begin to turn golden, one can enjoy a breathtaking view of the golden rice waves and winding paths from the observation deck without the interference of power poles. Coupled with the clear blue sky, white clouds, and the expansive vista of distant mountains, it resembles a beautiful painting. Riding a bicycle or walking through the rice fields, feeling the gentle breeze and the fragrant aroma of rice, one cannot help but slow down, settle the mind, and enjoy this moment of tranquility. Yilan's Bolan Avenue is restricted to pedestrians and cyclists; vehicles must be parked next to Fengzun Temple. Visitors using public transportation can take a train to Dongshan Guapeng Station, rent a bicycle, ride along Chengxing Road, and then turn left onto Sanfeng Road to reach Bolan Avenue, embarking on a rice wave cycling journey.
