Daxi Mausoleum Introduction
Daxi Mausoleum was originally the "Tou Liao Guest House," a very simple courtyard that was originally used to store documents and files from the Presidential Office. In the 77th year of the Republic of China, after the passing of President Chiang Ching-kuo, the guest house was renamed "Daxi Mausoleum." The interior of the mausoleum only contains Mr. Chiang's memorial hall and office, with very simple furnishings that reflect his modest personality. The plum trees and cedar in the courtyard further enhance the elegant and fresh atmosphere. Daxi Mausoleum is located about 1 kilometer from Cihu Mausoleum, and there is a scenic pathway connecting the two. Along the way, the mountain and forest scenery changes colors with the seasons, allowing visitors to leisurely stroll and enjoy the beauty of the streams and greenery along the route.
