Er-Ceng-Ping Water Bridge Introduction
The Erchengping Water Bridge, located in Rui Long Village, Luye Township, Taitung, is one of the few floating irrigation systems in Taiwan. The red and white arched bridge spans across the endlessly stretching rice paddies, creating a magnificent pastoral scene against the backdrop of the Central Mountain Range. Due to the elevation difference, the water flows in reverse at the end of the waterway, which is why it is referred to as the "Vally version of water flowing upward."
