Meet Chicken Mother Hill Introduction
Jimuming is located in the mountainous area northwest of Gongliao District. This quaint mountain village has a history of over 200 years. In the past, flocks of pheasants were found here, and it was named Jimuming based on its Hokkien pronunciation. It was an important waypoint on the northern route of the Danlan Ancient Trail - Yang Tingli Ancient Path, which leads west to Canguangliao and southeast to Aodi. After the diligent efforts of Jimuming's ancestors in farming, they established expansive water terraces covering 200 hectares, which have become the representative landscape of Jimuming.
