Its core goal is to promote friendly fishing activities, to understand marine culture and environmental education, and to advocate for practical actions to reduce plastic and carbon emissions. Upon entering the park's main gate, visitors are greeted by a seaside wooden boardwalk square and a polar bear figurine archway, making it a must-take photo spot for Instagram enthusiasts. Inside the first-floor dock shopping street, visitors can find 16 various shops designed in the style of exotic fishing villages, offering local souvenirs, cultural and creative products, as well as cafes and fishing gear shops. The 7-meter diameter, world's largest giant fishing machine is a must-try attraction. The second-floor Fishing Story Museum introduces fishing knowledge and marine education through exhibitions, features a marine theater for watching 3D films, a virtual fishing ground for simulating fishing experiences, and various DIY classrooms for hands-on activities, combining education with entertainment, making it suitable for family visits. The park also plans to extend outdoor activities for various fishing spots, gradually becoming a center for fishing knowledge enlightenment. The globally recognized fishing gear brand Okuma, established in 1986 with the mission of "creating joy in recreational fishing," focuses on developing fishing gear suited for anglers. By improving quality and innovating functionality, they design products that meet the dynamic characteristics of fishing—"Dynamic Fishing"—allowing every user of Okuma products to confidently cast the most hopeful line on each fishing trip and enjoy the fun of fishing. Continuing this spirit, Bear Bear established the first fishing gear tourism factory in Asia, "Bear Bear Fishing Harbor," which provides fishing knowledge, teaching, and fishing gear introductions, in conjunction with tourism, aiming to become the most educational and enjoyable fishing hall.
