The Miso Brewing Culture Museum in Taiwan is designed with rich interactive experiences and tools, suitable not only for families and educational outreach for elementary and middle school students, but also for in-depth travel and experiential tourism tailored for domestic and international visitors. It is committed to environmental sustainability in industrial development, providing an exemplary model for "sustainable tourism." Nestled in the alleys of Fengyuan, Wei Rong’s soy sauce fragrance has matured for nearly 70 years. The thick and rich flavor has simmered over history, giving birth to Taiwan's first brand of organic miso and organic black bean soy sauce. Founded by Mr. Hsu Huo-Lie in 1954, it established Central Taiwan's first professional brewing production factory, and to promote Taiwan’s brewing culture spirit, it created the nation’s first Miso Brewing Culture Museum. The museum exhibits century-old antique cedar barrels, koji boards, and introduces the origins, history, and types of early brewing foods, helping the public understand miso and various brewing products, thus providing safer, richer, and healthier kitchen sauce options. 【Featured Products】 Organic Miso, Domestic Black Bean Soy Sauce, Specialty Sauces, Miso Ramen, Selected Gift Boxes【Featured Activities】 ● Authentic "Five Senses Experience" ● See - the historical background of miso culture ● Hear - explanations from professional guides ● Smell - diverse varieties of miso sauces ● Touch - selected DIY experience of making miso ● Taste - delicious brewed food.
