With 40 years of production experience exporting to Japan, we insist on not adding preservatives, saccharin, sweeteners, colorings, or bleaching agents, providing consumers with delicious and healthy plum products. Founded in 1967, "Cheng Song Tai Food Industrial Co., Ltd." focuses on the processing of foods such as fiddleheads, ginger, green plums, and bamboo shoots. For 40 years, the company has been providing high-quality processed semi-finished products and has become a supplier for major manufacturers in Japan, gaining unanimous recognition. In 1993, we invested in H.C.F. (Hsu Chuan Foods Co., Ltd) in Thailand to produce plums, ginger, and eggplants for export to Japan. In 1994, we established He Feng Food Industrial Co., Ltd. in Pu Ning, Guangdong Province, China, specializing in plum production and obtaining technical cooperation from Japanese manufacturers, advancing to finished products supplied to convenience stores and major supermarkets in Japan. In 2006, Mei Wen Ju Food Co., Ltd. was established in Taiwan, specializing in marketing in the domestic market to promote health-beneficial plum products to the people. In 2012, the "Mei Wen Ju Plum Energy Hall" was established, providing on-site visits for the public to understand the production process of good plums, hoping to break the myth that "qualified products are not delicious; delicious ones are not qualified," and further enhance the product quality of Mei Shan plums.
