Taichung City Library Shangfeng Branch Introduction
Shangfeng Branch Library is Taichung City's first library themed around "environmental education." It has also won the "Architecture and Garden Award" and the "Excellence Award" for Best Planning and Design at the National Excellent Construction Award in 2019. The library is located next to Shangfeng Elementary School, and its red brick exterior reflects the nearby golden wheat fields and red maples. It features ecological grass ditches, native plantings, and an open space design that connects interior and exterior pathways, seamlessly integrating with the school and community.
