CAFE!N Tourism Factory Introduction
【Evaluation Validity Period: 2025/03/24~2028/03/23】Yuan You Coffee is located in the Pingzhen Industrial Zone of Taoyuan City and started with tea extract. It is now the largest coffee raw material supplier in Taiwan, handling 3,000 tons of imported green beans in 2011, accounting for one-fifth of the domestic import volume. Its main clients are domestic chain convenience stores and digital coffee chain shops. Not only is it the largest coffee roasting factory in Taiwan, but it has also obtained certification as a training venue for coffee tasters from the United States, meeting the requirements set by the Specialty Coffee Association in terms of environment, equipment, and courses, allowing for coffee taster certification, thus demonstrating its professionalism. To promote coffee culture, a training area for Baristas has been specially created on the first floor of the factory, which is open to the public for visits and consumption, allowing them to taste world-class coffee and experience a comfortable café atmosphere. For those interested in deeper coffee knowledge, they can also participate in factory tours offered by Yuan You Coffee, which guide visitors step by step through the process of coffee from planting to harvesting, refining, and roasting.
