Chinan National Forest Recreation Area Introduction
Chinan National Forest Recreation Area, located near Liyu Lake, was formerly the Chinan Work Station. The park features multiple hiking trails, preserves valuable logging equipment, steam-powered logging locomotives, and boasts rich natural ecology, where butterflies and black-throated laughingthrush can be seen everywhere. From April to May, visitors can also enjoy night viewings of black-winged fireflies, making it an excellent destination for family outings and field trips.
