It offers services such as bicycle rentals, a souvenir shop, rest areas, and information consultations. Upon entering the visitor center, visitors are greeted by wooden carvings featuring distinct Indigenous characteristics. Inside, there is an exhibition hall showcasing models, rich photographs, and illustrated explanations that introduce the formation of Liyu Lake and its natural landscape, as well as the local Indigenous culture. As you walk further in, you will find displays along the walkway highlighting the unique industries of the Hualien-Taitung Valley, including the golden daylily fields of Sixty Stone Mountain, the vast pastoral scenery of the valley, and the fresh milk from Chulu Ranch. This detailed guidance allows travelers visiting Liyu Lake for afternoon tea to also learn about the unique industries of the Hualien-Taitung Valley and plan key tourist destinations.
