The Liuchitan Visitor Center, surrounded by beautiful lake and mountain scenery, is located in the north of Liuchitan. It provides services such as bicycle rentals, souvenir shops, rest areas, and information services for visitors. Upon entering one of the visitor center's exhibition halls, visitors can see wooden sculptures that showcase distinct indigenous characteristics welcoming travelers. Inside, there is an exhibition area that uses models, rich photos, and illustrated explanations to introduce the formation of Liuchitan, its natural landscape, and local indigenous culture. As visitors stroll further in, both sides of the walkway feature descriptions of the distinctive industries of the Hualien-Taitung Valley, including the golden daylily fields of 60 Stone Mountain, the vast rural scenery of the valley, and the pure fresh milk from Chulu Ranch, providing detailed guidance for travelers. It is a great place for visitors to enjoy afternoon tea while also learning about the unique industries of the Hualien-Taitung Valley and planning key travel destinations.
