It offers services such as bicycle rentals, a souvenir shop, and leisure and consultation services. Entering one of the facilities of the visitor center, visitors are greeted by wooden carvings featuring distinctive indigenous characteristics. There is an exhibition hall inside that introduces the formation and natural scenery of Liyu Lake, as well as the local indigenous culture through models, rich photos, and illustrated explanations. As you walk further inside, there are descriptions of the unique characteristics of the Hualien-Taitung Valley industry on both sides of the corridor, including the Sixty Stone Mountain daylily sea, the endless pastoral scenery of the valley, and the fresh milk from Chulu Ranch... detailed guides provide visitors with insights into the unique industries of the Hualien-Taitung Valley while enjoying a cup of afternoon tea at Liyu Lake. A friendly reminder: the visitor center has 2 manual wheelchairs and 1 electric wheelchair available...

Upon entering one of the exhibition halls in the visitor center, visitors will find traditional wooden sculptures welcoming them, featuring indigenous artistic styles. As you walk further inside, both sides of the corridor display explanations of the unique characteristics of the Huadong Valley industries, including the golden needle flower fields of Sixty Stone Mountain, the vast agricultural landscapes of the valley, and the fresh milk from Chulu Ranch… providing detailed guidance for travelers to enjoy while visiting Liuyutan for an afternoon tea, while also learning about the characteristic industries of the Huadong Valley and planning key tourism spots.
