Sun Moon Lake Bicycle Trail - Yutien Section Introduction
Starting from the Xiangshan Visitor Center, head south along the southern bank of Sun Moon Lake, passing through Tousempa and Yueya Bay to the entrance of the Huan Tan No. 1 tunnel. The diverse and rich ecology and forest scenery along the way, especially the view of the Tousempa Basin from above, offers a striking panorama where fields and houses are arranged like a chessboard. The section of the road leading to the Ming Tan Tunnel, which is designated for access to Yueya Bay, will be closed (as indicated by the yellow line in the image). Please avoid entering unsafe areas that may pose risks to life and property. If you need to go to Yueya Bay, please enter via the entrance road of the Xiangshan Visitor Center.
