Fulong Visitor Center Introduction
The Fulong Visitor Center is located adjacent to Fulong Beach and provides a showcase and explanation of various information related to the natural ecology, cultural history, and tourist attractions of the Northeast Coast. It features a presentation room, a recreational activity display area, a driftwood carving exhibition area, as well as sections dedicated to natural ecology, cultural history, and art exhibitions. The recreational activity display area introduces activities in land, sea, and air, and includes experience areas for biking, hiking, and paragliding, with virtual reality allowing visitors to explore the Northeast Coast in-depth. The "Driftwood Restoration Exhibition Hall" primarily features works carved from precious woods such as red cypress and camphor. These pieces are crafted from driftwood of native species that were swept onto the Northeast Coast by typhoons. Collected by the Wind Control Office and sculpted by masters from Sanyi, they faithfully represent the spirit of natural and environmental regeneration, integrating tourism with art and culture to create a unique cultural tourism asset for the Northeast Coast.
