Sifang Ranch Introduction
The owner of Sifang Farm originally worked in the production of ready-to-wear and raincoats. However, in the 1970s, as the New Taiwan Dollar began to appreciate and Mainland China opened up, the survival space for labor industries in Taiwan became increasingly small. Therefore, he actively sought transformation. At that time, Taiwan's dairy industry had already established a foundation, with dairy factories purchasing 100% of the milk produced, allowing dairy farmers to focus solely on production while sales were entirely handled by the dairy factories. Moreover, the price of fresh milk was guaranteed, making it a wonderful industry! In fact, the owner of the farm was initially a farmer's child. As a child, he experienced many mosquitoes in the countryside, and during summer, cows were often disturbed by flies. He watched his father sew mosquito nets by hand to let the cows sleep underneath them, and the cows naturally became a part of the family, creating a special bond. When discussing raising cows, both the father and son wholeheartedly agreed (with the exception of his wife), thus entering the dairy farming industry. Covering over 10 hectares, Sifang Farm preserves the original pastoral charm. Visitors can follow the lush acacia tree paths to enjoy a refreshing forest bath or fully embrace the verdant grasslands. Of course, what makes this experience even more special is getting close to dairy cows and learning about their ecology! Whether it's feeding calves, observing the milking process, or tasting the fresh milk evaluated as the best and creamiest by the Housewives' Alliance, every experience is fresh and fun.
