Tonghai Secret Trail Introduction
The Tung Hai Secret Trail created by the Hakka Affairs Council in the Miaoli Hakka Cultural Park features wooden walkways and pebble pathways that lead visitors through the beauty of tung flowers and mountainous ecology. During the blooming season of the tung flowers, walking along the Half Moon Lake trail allows you to admire the shimmering water and public art, as well as overlook the Tongluo urban area, experiencing the passion of the tung flowers in bloom. When the trail is covered with white blossoms, it resembles a snowy landscape of northern countries. Besides the rich Hakka cultural exhibitions in the indoor exhibition hall, the Miaoli Park also boasts diverse ecological environments outdoors. After viewing the various exhibitions at the Miaoli Hakka Cultural Park, visitors are encouraged to take a stroll along the trail for a dialogue with the tung flowers and mountain waters.
