Dreamy Tung Flower Trail Introduction
The Flower Path located next to the Mingde Reservoir is entered through lush green bamboo groves, with a small creek flowing nearby, giving the Tung Blossom Trail its unique charm. After passing through the bamboo path, a scene resembling a snowy landscape of flowers appears, with blooming white flowers that seem to fall like fairies from the mountains. This location is not crowded, making it a perfect spot for enjoying the beauty of the flowers. By car: Take National Highway 3 and exit at Houlong Interchange, turn right onto Taiwan Highway 6 towards the pedestrian bridge, then continue straight to connect with National Highway 72 East-West Expressway, then take the Houlong Wenshui Expressway (National Highway 72 East-West Expressway). Exit at the Houwu Interchange and turn onto Taiwan Highway 13 towards Mingde Reservoir (Jianfeng Road). At the 24 km mark, turn right onto Miaoli 22 Line (follow the yellow sign to Jishi Temple), then enter Mingfeng Mountain Road. The entrance to the dreamy Tung Blossom Trail is located 5.5 km ahead. Public transport: Take the Taiwan Railway to Miaoli Station, then transfer to Miaoli Bus 5801 or 5802 routes to get off at Mingfeng Entrance Station, which is about 5.5 km away from the Tung Blossom Trail.
