Nantou and Beiguan Cultural Center, Changhua County Introduction
The Nanbei Guan Hall in Changhua County is the place where the traditional music and theater of Nan Guan and Bei Guan are best preserved in the country. The century-old halls, such as the Bei Guan Li Chun Yuan, Ji Le Xuan, and Nan Guan Ya Zheng Zhai, Ju Ying She, and E Yun Zhai, have been preserved through the tides of time, which is truly precious. In recent years, the Cultural Bureau of Changhua County has been devoted to promoting and passing down these skills, allowing the old to be revitalized and flourish, which is a source of pride for the people of Changhua.
Since 1987, training courses have been organized, and in 1996 and 2000, the "Southern and Northern Music Experimental Troupe" was established, actively cultivating a large number of talents for the continuation of performing arts culture.
Chinese Garden, infused with community spirit! The exterior is magnificent, featuring architecture in the style of ancient Chinese gardens. The overall space planning includes the main building, garden landscape, and an outdoor stage. The plaza showcases a mosaic art creation made with great effort by the community residents, adding more community spirit and vitality to the theater. Every brick and tile, as well as the entire space design and construction of this distinctive museum, has received considerable care and attention.
