Chengmei Cultural Park Introduction
The Yongjing area in Changhua County features a refined garden space that integrates historical culture with tourism and leisure. The garden harmoniously combines natural and cultural landscapes, housing the century-old ancestral house "Chengmei Hall" and the uniquely crafted "He Garden." The ancestral house tells the arduous story of the Wei family's migration to Taiwan and their establishment here, while also preserving the cultural memory of promoting Confucian virtues and benevolence for over a century. It serves as an important venue for the integration of Hokkien and Hakka cultures in Taiwan. The garden follows the techniques of famous historical gardens in the region, incorporating the essence of gardening craftsmanship and housing many old trees, setting a new benchmark for garden artistry in Taiwan. The Chengmei Cultural Park upholds the aspirations of its ancestors, with the core spirit of "promoting the goodness of others," aiming to build a bridge of mutual benefit between society and enterprises, and to become a model in the industry.
