The Water Flowing Upward Wonder was originally an agricultural irrigation ditch, located about 1.8 kilometers from Dulan. Due to the optical illusion caused by slight differences in the terrain, it creates the impression that the water flows upwards, leading to its fame. A stone tablet inscribed with "Wonder" has been erected beside the ditch.
