East Coast National Scenic Area Administration Introduction
The East Coast National Scenic Area Administration, after its establishment, has actively engaged in the management and planning of the eastern coastal region. The administration has multiple functions, including tourism services, educational interpretation, and cultural preservation. Inside, there are a Natural Geology Museum, an Amis Cultural Display Area, a Prehistoric Culture exhibit, and a Cetacean Hall. The Visitor Center features a multimedia briefing room capable of accommodating about 200 people, which plays presentations of the East Coast's scenery daily. On the first floor, there is a display room featuring natural and cultural resources of the East Coast that introduces various characteristics of the area. The service desk offers a collection of books on the natural and cultural aspects of the East Coast, providing visitors with rich information. The East Coast National Scenic Area Administration is nestled between mountains and the sea, offering views of Chenggong Township and Sanxiantai to the north, and Green Island to the south, with excellent surroundings.
