Eastern Coast National Scenic Area Administration Introduction
After the establishment of the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration, there has been an active management and planning effort for the eastern coastal region. The administration serves multiple functions, including tourism services, educational interpretation, and cultural preservation. Inside the facility, there is a Natural Geology Museum, an Amis culture exhibition area, a prehistoric culture section, and a whaling and dolphin hall. The visitor service center features a multimedia presentation room that can accommodate about 200 people, where daily screenings showcase the beauty of the East Coast. On the first floor, there is an exhibition room for natural and cultural resources of the East Coast, introducing various unique features of the area. Visitors can also purchase a collection of books on the natural and cultural aspects of the East Coast at the service desk, providing more rich information to tourists. The East Coast National Scenic Area Administration is situated with mountains behind and the sea in front. To the north, it overlooks Chenggong Township and Sanxiantai, while to the south, Green Island can be seen, making the surrounding scenery exceptionally beautiful.
