Jinlun Hot Spring Scenic Area Introduction

Jinlun Hot Spring is located in Jinlun Village, Taimali Township, and is a renowned hot spring destination in Taitung. It features both hotel hot spring facilities and natural wild hot springs. Visitors can access the hot spring area by turning off the South-Link Highway or by getting off at Jinlun Station on the South-Link Railway; the drive to various hot spring accommodations takes less than 10 minutes, making it an ideal place for a break or an overnight stay. Surrounded by lush green mountains, soaking in Jinlun Hot Spring not only helps to relax the body and mind but also allows one to immerse in the embrace of nature, forgetting the worries of daily life. The hot spring water is clear and transparent, classified as a weakly alkaline bicarbonate spring with a pH value between 7 and 8. The Jinlun hot spring water source is abundant, with source temperatures reaching 70 to 90 degrees Celsius; hence, it is essential to pay attention to water temperature while soaking. In addition to hot spring hotels, Jinlun Hot Spring also offers alluring wild hot springs. The best time to experience the wild hot springs is during the winter dry season until the plum rain season of the following year. However, as wild hot springs are located in natural environments, it is recommended to visit with someone familiar with the local area for safety reasons.

Transportation Methods:By train: Take the Taiwan Railways and get off at Jinchun Station. After walking straight along the road in front of the station, you can reach the bus stop next to Provincial Highway 9, and transfer to East Taiwan Bus 8138 (towards Liqiao) to get off at Jinchun Hot Springs Station. By bus: Take East Taiwan Bus 8138 and get off at Jinchun Hot Springs Station.

Remarks:Hot Spring Precautions: 1. The temperature should be controlled between 37 to 45 degrees Celsius, and the time should not exceed ten minutes. 2. Pregnant women, those with weak constitutions, or individuals who are excessively fatigued or have just engaged in intense exercise should also avoid hot springs. 3.
