Green Island Lemaov Rock Introduction
Lover's Cave is the tallest among a series of small coral reef rocks. It features a circular hole that runs through its center, allowing ocean currents to pass, giving it the appearance of an arch from a distance. It is one of the most famous geological formations in Green Island. Lover's Cave is a sea-eroded cave, soaring above the sea on the northeast corner of Green Island, where tides flow in and out of the cave. Visitors can experience the dynamic sounds of waves crashing, striking, and resonating within the cave, making it the best place to appreciate the rugged and wild beauty of the ocean. Lover's Cave is also a paradise for seabirds and dolphins. In addition to enjoying the majestic views from the island, one can also take a yacht or fishing boat to admire its grandeur from the sea, offering a different perspective. Diving deeper into the waters allows visitors to appreciate the rich underwater ecology beneath Lover's Cave. Nearby attractions include Niutoushan and Guanyindong, which are also worth visiting to experience the simple and leisurely atmosphere of Green Island.
