Skyline Aviation Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is the first company in Taiwan approved by the Civil Aeronautics Administration for the legal operation of hot air balloon flights. In addition to being based at the Taitung Flight Enlightenment Base, it aims to expand the development of domestic hot air balloon maintenance capabilities and train relevant technical personnel. To promote hot air balloon expertise and the unique culture of hot air balloons in Taitung, it will cooperate with related agencies to hold hot air balloon teaching courses, deepening knowledge in Taitung! Starting today, to promote the commercialization of the Taitung hot air balloon industry, it will offer a regular hot air balloon flight service that can be reserved every day, weather permitting, for 365 days a year! Future projects of Skyline Aviation include: ◎ Establishing a hot air balloon flight training school in Taitung to serve as a training base for pilot education, classes, outdoor balloon displays, and operations training. ◎ Setting up a hot air balloon maintenance facility and custodial services to provide storage, maintenance, and care for hot air balloons, allowing all hot air balloons from across Taiwan to receive professional repairs at this base. ◎ Establishing an environmental education center to promote hot air balloon environmental interpretation and education, enhancing public understanding and fostering a love for hot air balloons. ◎ Regular hot air balloon aerial tours, corporate tethered balloon experiences, hot air balloon educational experience packages, and the development and sale of souvenirs related to the hot air balloon industry.
