Ruisui Farm Introduction
Ruisui Farm utilizes pure water sourced from the Central Mountain Range to transform the riverbed along the right bank of Hongye Creek, gradually irrigating it from a dry expanse of sand and gravel into a lush 30-hectare golden grassland. Black and white dairy cows roam in the vibrant greenery, giving birth to a unique variety of fresh milk found only in Taiwan, and the farm has proudly won first place in provincial dairy farm evaluations for three consecutive years. The cows on the farm carry their young for 280 days, and after giving birth, their lactation period lasts up to 305 days, with an average production of over 20 kilograms of fresh milk per cow each day. Due to the exceptional environmental quality, the fresh milk produced here is rich and aromatic, earning first place in national dairy evaluations for three straight years, with "Ruisui Fresh Milk" becoming synonymous with high-quality fresh milk. Ruisui Farm is open year-round and free to the public.
