Rueisuei Ranch Introduction
Ruisui Farm utilizes the pure water source from the Central Mountain Range to transform this riverbed area on the right bank of the Hongye Stream from dry gravel and stones into a flourishing 30-hectare golden grassland. Black and white dairy cows roam amidst the glossy green fields, producing a unique variety of fresh milk that has earned the honor of being ranked first in the provincial dairy farming competition for three consecutive years. The dairy cows at the farm carry their young for 280 days, and after giving birth, they have a milking period that lasts for up to 305 days, with each cow averaging over 20 kilograms of fresh milk per day. Due to the excellent environmental conditions, the quality of the fresh milk here is rich and aromatic, leading to its recognition as a top product, with "Ruisui Fresh Milk" becoming synonymous with high-quality fresh milk. Ruisui Farm is open year-round and free of charge. Adhering to a principle of "maintaining minimal development while providing maximum experience," the farm offers freshly squeezed and cooked rich fresh milk daily, along with a variety of desserts such as cheesecake, milk pudding, nougat, and dairy ice creams, which are very popular among visitors.
