Founded in the 51st year of the Kangxi reign, Longmen Anliang Temple was originally a vacant area and served as the Shengzhendian. Early settlers often witnessed brilliant fireballs appearing in the southwest, with three deities manifested: Wang Ye of Li's Mansion (Annamese), Wang Ye of Wu's Mansion (Anhui), and Wang Ye of Hei's Mansion (Jiangxi). Additionally, since the 39th year of the Republic of China, Anliang Temple has repeatedly invited the spirits of Yang Zhu and Zhang San from the Thousand Years' Palace. Due to their long-term presence, stories of their mighty powers spread. During the outbreak of the 823 artillery battle, while other villages in Penghu suffered heavy casualties, all the participants from Longmen returned home safely, adding to the mystique and legendary aura of the temple.

The ancestors frequently witnessed brilliant fireballs appearing in the southwest, which housed three deities: Lord Li (from Annam), Lord Wu (from Anhui), and Lord Hei (from Jiangxi). Additionally, since the 39th year of the Republic of China, Anliang Temple has invited the esteemed Zhang Sanfu to preside, resulting in many legendary accounts of divine power due to his long-term presence. During the 823 Artillery War, when neighboring villages faced heavy casualties, all the participants from Longmen returned safely, adding to the air of mystery and legend.
