The Chang Yu-Sheng Story Museum is a reconstruction of the military dependents' village where singer Chang Yu-Sheng spent his childhood—Duxing 10th Village. The museum is divided into four thematic areas showcasing different aspects of Chang Yu-Sheng's life, including his childhood, education, career in the music industry, and media coverage, highlighting his experiences while living and studying in Penghu. Chang Yu-Sheng, a talented songwriter born in Penghu, grew up in the historically significant Duxing 10th Village until the age of nine, a fact that is relatively unknown. Now, based on Duxing 10th Village, the museum has been established to commemorate this creative genius.
