Dinglan Valley is a scenic spot in Shuangxi that combines natural beauty with ecological landscaping. Located in the Dingzilan Keng area of Yuhang Village, it can be accessed by heading from Shuangxi towards Gongliao along Highway 102, turning into Beisanjiao Road about two kilometers after entering Dingzilan Keng. It is a winding and picturesque valley with clear water of varying depths. Towering green mountains and dense forests surround the area, where hidden orchids can also be found. This place is ideal for activities such as swimming, shrimp catching, barbecuing, and camping, making it a popular summer retreat that attracts visitors from various places each year. By harmoniously coexisting with the natural environment, Dinglan Valley showcases the best example of modern sustainability.

Dinglan Valley Introduction

Dinglan Valley is located in Yuhang Village, Shuangxi District, and is a scenic spot that combines natural beauty with ecological landscaping. It is situated at Dingzilan Keng, and can be accessed by traveling along Highway 102 towards Gongliao for about two kilometers and then turning onto Beisan 39 Road. It used to be one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Shuangxi. Surrounded by green mountains and with clear water, it is a popular spot for summer water activities. The Dinglan Valley Ancient Trail was an old route for residents of Dingzilan Keng to travel to Qianzhen Keng, following the stream along its course. Once home to a settlement, remnants of it can still be seen today. This winding and picturesque valley features clear streams, and during the season when wild ginger flowers bloom, a delicate floral fragrance fills the air alongside the soothing sound of flowing water, leaving one feeling refreshed and invigorated.

National Highway No. 1 → Badou Interchange → Rui-Ba Highway, Houmu Highway (Northern County Road 37) → Shuangxi Junior High School → Head towards Fulong → County Road 102, turn right after 1.5 kilometers.
