Dinglan Valley Introduction
Dinglan Valley is located in Yuhang Village, Shuangxi District, and is a scenic spot that combines natural beauty with ecological landscaping. It is situated in Dingzilan Pit, and can be reached by following the 102 Highway for about two kilometers from Shuangxi toward Gongliao, then turning onto Beisan 39 Road. Once one of the Eight Sceneries of Shuangxi, it is surrounded by lush mountains and boasts clear waters, making it a popular spot for summer water activities. The Dinglan Valley Old Trail is an ancient path used by residents of Dingzilan Pit to travel to Qianzheng Pit, following the creek. In the past, there were settlements along this trail, and remnants can still be seen today. It is a winding and picturesque creek valley, with clear water and, during the season of wild ginger flowers, the air is filled with a delicate floral fragrance, accompanied by the soothing sound of flowing water, creating a refreshing atmosphere.
