Dinglan Valley is a scenic area in Shuangxi that combines natural beauty with ecological landscaping techniques. It is located in Dingzi Lan Pit, Yuhang Village. To reach it, take Highway 102 toward Gongliao and turn into Beishan 39 Road about two kilometers after the Dingzi Lan Pit entrance. This winding and beautiful valley features clear water with appropriate depths, surrounded by towering green mountains and dense forests. The area still has the rare and serene wild orchids, making it an ideal summer destination for activities like swimming, shrimp catching, barbecuing, and camping. Each summer, it attracts numerous visitors seeking to cool off, swim, and picnic. Through harmonious coexistence with the natural environment, Dinglan Valley exemplifies a modern ideal.

Dinglan Valley Introduction

Dinglan Valley is located in Yuhang Village, Shuangxi District, and is a scenic area that combines natural beauty with ecological landscaping. It is situated at Dingzilankeng, along Highway 102 towards Gongliao from Shuangxi, about two kilometers in, where you can turn onto Beisanjiumu Road to reach it. Once known as one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Shuangxi, it is surrounded by green mountains and features clear waters, making it a popular spot for summer water activities. The Dinglan Valley Ancient Trail is an old path used by residents of Dingzilankeng to travel to Qianzhen Keng, following the stream. In the past, there was a settlement along this old path, and remnants of it can still be seen today. It is a winding and beautiful valley with clear creek water, and during the blooming season of the wild ginger flowers, the air is filled with a delicate floral fragrance, accompanied by the soothing sound of flowing water, which refreshes the mind and spirit.

National Highway No. 3 → Shihding Interchange → turn left to Pingxi → County Road 106 → Shifenliao → turn right to Shuangxi → Pingshuang Tunnel → Shuangxi Middle School → towards Fulong - County Road 102, then turn right after 1.5 kilometers. 2. National Highway No. 1 → Badou Interchange - Ruibaguang Road, Houmu Road (North County Road 37) → Shuangxi Middle School → towards Fulong → County Road 102, then turn right after 1.5 kilometers.
