Nantian Flower Garden Introduction
Nantian Flower Garden is located behind Nantian Temple in Xinjili, just a five-minute walk from Shuangxi Train Station. Nantian Temple is dedicated to Guansheng Dijun, also known as Guan Yu, the noble and righteous figure from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The temple has a thriving incense culture, surrounded by lush flowers that bloom year-round. One of the Eight Scenic Spots of Shuangxi is here at Nantian Temple, especially with the azaleas, cherry blossoms, and sweet gum trees vying for beauty on the three hills behind the temple, creating a breathtaking view. The area features ancient cannons, pavilions, and health trails with wooden railing, providing a tranquil path for worshippers drawn by the serene scenery. Due to its beautiful environment and fresh air, Nantian Flower Garden has become a popular spot for local residents to partake in morning exercises, bustling with visitors at dawn. Walking along the trail of Nantian Flower Garden, the blooming flowers on both sides create a welcoming atmosphere that grows increasingly peaceful, and climbing high offers a broad view that delights the spirit.
