Southern Sky Garden Introduction
Nantian Garden is located behind Nantian Temple in Xinjili, just a five-minute walk from Shuangxi Train Station. Nantian Temple enshrines Guanyin Emperor, who is known as Guan Yu in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and it attracts many worshippers. The area is lush with flowers and trees, blooming all year round. One of the Eight Scenes of Shuangxi is found here at Nantian Temple, especially with the three hills behind the temple showcasing the beauty of azaleas, cherry blossoms, and sweet gum trees competing for attention, making for a stunning view. The site also features ancient cannons, pavilions, and health walking paths with wooden railings and winding trails, attracting devotees with its beautiful scenery.
