Beishin Organic Leisure Farm Introduction
Beixin Organic Leisure Farm is operated by Mr. Jian Liansheng, the winner of the Shennong Award in 2005. The farm focuses on organic vegetable and fruit cultivation and the promotion of organic agriculture. It carefully plans a series of guided tours on organic produce, leading visitors through the farm to explain the organic cultivation process and share their planting experiences. In addition, the farm offers many rural experience activities where children can roll up their sleeves and learn farming techniques such as tilling the soil, planting vegetables, and harvesting, as well as using fallen leaves and branches as creative materials to make unique handmade dyed cloth. They can also pick up a hammer to create toys from their grandfather's childhood or enjoy making Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and eating roasted sweet potatoes together with their families, making it a great place for family fun.
