Sanzhi Tianxinzi Introduction
San Zhi Tian Xin Zi is located 4.5 kilometers from the North Eight Township Road. Due to its unique wetland landscape, it has become a dreamlike secret spot in Greater Taipei. The scenery of the rice fields reflects distant mountains, green trees, and the sky, presenting various artistic interpretations under different weather conditions. On sunny days, the water surface shines with blue sky and white clouds; on cloudy days, there is a deep feeling of mist and fog. During sunset, the lake shines with golden rays, resembling a beautiful painting. Many photography enthusiasts choose to capture the beauty during sunrise and sunset when sunlight spills over the lake, allowing light and shadow to shift and settle the mood. This area was originally an uncultivated wasteland but underwent significant transformation by participating in the rural regeneration project of the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the Council of Agriculture. Initially planted with lotus flowers, which could not withstand the weather or cope with the damage from apple snails, the lotus was cleared, leading to another beautiful scene and turning it into a popular tourist destination. The "San Zhi Rakuten Community Tian Xin Zi Agricultural Touring Improvement Project" won the Environment and Beautification Award and the Excellent Award in the Engineering Ecology and Environment Category from the Chinese Society of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering in 2021. By replacing concrete with stone revetments, environmental disturbance was minimized, protecting the diverse environment of Tian Xin Zi and achieving the stunning harmony of water and sky.
