Dahui Station Introduction
The Pingxi Branch Line was originally built by the Taiyang Mining Company for coal transport. Later, it was taken over by the government and faced the fate of abandonment for a time. It has since developed into an important tourist railway with significant value. Each small station along the line has a rich historical atmosphere. The Dahua area, which originally did not have a station, established one in the 38th year of the Republic of China due to the mining of Dahua coal. In the 83rd year of the Republic of China, it was changed to a unstaffed flag stop due to insufficient cost coverage. Besides holidays, Dahua is usually sparsely populated, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the sweet and fresh air while listening to the symphony of nature.
