The Pavilion Building is a newly completed structure of the Gonglaoping Pavilion, characterized by a beautiful environment and complete facilities. Located in Fengyuan District, Taichung, next to Fengyuan Stadium, it is surrounded by greenery, providing a tranquil and serene atmosphere, making it a comfortable place away from the hustle and bustle. It is just a 10-minute drive to the downtown area of Fengyuan, and also a 10-minute drive from the Fengyuan Interchange of National Highway 4, centrally positioned in Taiwan. The lobby reception area on the first floor features a customer service center, a business network information area, a leisure area, and a convenience store. The lobby reception area is designed with simplicity and brightness, offering a comfortable and spacious environment with friendly service. The business center provides free internet access, and guests can also connect wirelessly with their laptops, along with fax and photocopying services. The indoor leisure area is perfect for enjoying a good cup of tea and chatting. Additionally, there is an open-star fruit recreation area by the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby, providing a wide view for your enjoyment of a delicious cup of coffee. The business information center offers free computer access and broadband internet service, along with newspapers and magazines for your reading and internet browsing leisure. The convenience store provides a variety of products in a simple and bright space, including stationery, promotional items, snacks, instant noodles, cold drinks, decorations, agricultural specialties, and souvenirs, as well as freshly brewed affordable coffee. There are five high-end conference rooms accommodating 30 to 250 people, each designed for different professional needs, equipped with professional audio and lighting systems, and the latest multimedia (computer information projection) broadcasting systems. This makes it a professional conference venue in central Taiwan. The Pavilion Building is situated within a farm area, surrounded by beautiful scenery and capable of accommodating 200 people in suites. Barbecue Area: The barbecue area includes outdoor garden and group barbecue areas: - Outdoor Garden Barbecue Area: Located next to the orchard, surrounded by greenery, it offers the fun of rural barbecues (can accommodate 100 people). - Group Barbecue Area: Located under a semi-indoor roof, providing shelter from sun and rain, and features a stage, making it ideal for larger groups (can accommodate 450 people with KTV stage). The farm offers a carbon-grilled meal package, providing fresh marinated barbecue ingredients along with cooked food services for a more convenient and diverse barbecue experience. Fruit Tree Viewing Area: The farm has a designated fruit tree viewing open area that is accessible throughout the year, complemented by professional guided tours that introduce fruit tree ecology in an engaging manner. Featured are unique fruit trees such as Jackfruit, Sapodilla, miracle fruit, and tree grapes, as well as rare fruits that can be observed, such as grapes and coffee beans growing on trees. The farm has also specially planned outdoor educational visit projects for students and welcomes reservations from educational institutions. Fruit Picking Area: Gonglaoping Farm spans over ten hectares, cultivating dozens of varieties of fruit trees that yield different seasonal fruits year-round. Due to its location in the middle of the Central Mountain Range at an altitude of 400 to 500 meters, with significant temperature differences between day and night, the fruit trees thrive exceptionally well here. The soil quality and sunlight exposure are superior in comparison to other areas, resulting in fruits with higher sweetness. The fruit picking area is open for visitors based on seasonal and ripeness, allowing you to enjoy fresh tasting experiences throughout the year (please refer to the fruit ripening schedule for available picking options). Agricultural Art Museum: The farm integrates with art, featuring this museum that collects ancient farming tools passed down by ancestors and nearly a hundred works by the artist Mr. Guo Qikang, which are open for public appreciation. Notably, this wise and unpretentious artist, over fifty years old, is a treasure of Taiwan's art scene. His achievements lie not only in his unique style but also in his dedication to promoting and implementing "art in local culture."
