The accommodation hall is situated within a farm area with beautiful surroundings, offering suites for up to 200 people. Barbecue Area The barbecue area is divided into outdoor garden barbecue area and group barbecue area: ◆ The outdoor garden barbecue area, located next to the orchard, is surrounded by greenery, offering the joy of countryside barbecuing (accommodating 100 people). ◆ The group barbecue area, located under a semi-indoor roof, provides sunshade and rain protection, and has a stage, making it the best barbecue venue for large groups (accommodating 450 people with a KTV stage). ◆ The farm offers a charcoal-grilled meal set, providing not only fresh and flavorful barbecue materials but also ready-to-eat food service, making barbecue dining more convenient and rich. Fruit Tree Observation Area The farm has an open fruit tree observation area, open for viewing year-round, and features professional guided tours that introduce the ecology of fruit trees in an engaging manner. Interesting topics include the unique and rare fruit trees like jackfruit, sapodilla, miracle fruit, and tree grapes, as well as unique fruits like grapes that grow on trees and coffee beans on trees. The farm also especially plans outdoor educational activities for students, welcoming reservations from schools. Fruit Picking Area The Guolao Ping Farm spans over ten hectares, planting dozens of types of fruit trees that bear different seasonal fruits throughout the year. Due to its location in the central mountain range at an elevation of 400 to 500 meters, there is a significant temperature difference between day and night, which helps grow fruit trees particularly well here. The soil quality and sunlight exposure are better than in other places, leading to sweeter fruits. The fruit-picking area is open for visitors to taste fresh fruits according to seasonal maturity schedules (see the fruit maturity schedule for types of fruits available for picking). Tianyuan Art Museum The farm integrates agriculture with art, and this museum houses ancient farming tools left by ancestors and nearly a hundred works by Mr. Kuo Chih-Kang, open for public viewing. Notably, this intelligent and humble artist, over fifty years old, is a treasure of Taiwan's art scene, not only exploring his own art style but also working towards promoting and practicing the integration of art with local culture.
