The Shigang Branch, completed in 1993, has four floors and a building area of over 1,671 square meters. The outdoor reading park offers beautiful scenery and has long become a well-known attraction in the Shigang District. Aiming to promote a leisure culture, the library balances reading with entertainment and has now become a local cultural center that features social education, the arts, folk culture, and leisure. The library's management philosophy has always prioritized public needs, continuously seeking innovation and change to gain public participation and local recognition, while using community building to achieve sustainable development goals. Currently, the library and the surrounding outdoor space provide a total of 232 reading seats. In addition, the library also features a Hakka Cultural Museum and specialized shelves for unique collections, preserving valuable local historical materials and Hakka literature.
