Taichung Fish Market - Ha Fishing Harbor Introduction
Hayu Harbor officially opened on January 10, 2010, located at the intersection of Wuqian West Road and Huanzhong Road, is a recreational fish market in Taichung. It was once a key seafood auction center in central Taiwan and has now transformed into a charming tourist fishing port, continuously developing diverse experiences. In recent years, with the support of the Agricultural Bureau, it has been continuously improving. In addition to planning the establishment of an ice factory and freezing storage to enhance the cold chain system and improve market transaction quality, it has also set up retail and culinary centers such as fish selling and cooking spots, providing citizens with a place to purchase fresh domestic and quality seafood. Additionally, in collaboration with the Water Resources Bureau of the city government, it has established the "Fazi Creek Water Culture and Environmental Education Center" to help the public understand environmental ecology.
