Taichung City Li Ke-yong Memorial Library Introduction
The Li Ke-yung Memorial Library Branch is designed based on the concept of the Takeo City Library in Japan, located within a park. The three-story building harmoniously blends with the natural landscape, allowing sunlight and greenery to spill in while reading, creating a leisurely and comfortable atmosphere that resembles being in a cozy bookstore. Outside the library, there are coffee vending machines and relaxed seating areas, enabling visitors to enjoy coffee surrounded by the large banyan trees and greenery of the park, accompanied by the fragrance of books. The library's interior features specially designed reading sofa areas and soft artistic lighting, thoroughly relaxing each visitor's mind, providing a soothing experience for the body and soul amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
