Founded in 1972, Qimei Group primarily engages in casting, construction, shopping malls, and hotels; Prince Construction was established in 1973 and is a well-known large domestic builder that later ventured into the hotel industry, successfully investing and operating five-star hotels. Since 2008, Qimei Group has successfully created the Qimei Eslite Green Road, a comprehensive shopping mall that combines culture, art, tourism, and living functions. To provide more leisure, entertainment, and cultural creative space for Taichung residents, it collaborated with Prince Construction again in 2011 to launch another complex mall with the integration of technology, cuisine, and cultural creativity concepts - the "JW Marriott Green Road Mall" from B1 to 6F of the hotel. This mall is located in the prime business district of Taichung, near the National Museum of Natural Science and the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, boasting a rich cultural atmosphere.
