Caisuo Walkway Introduction
Calligraphy Greenway, which starts from the National Museum of Natural Science in the north and extends to the Art Garden Greenway in the south, features an urban space structure with a series of activity nodes along the route, including the National Museum of Natural Science, Citizen Square, Qinyi Eslite Greenway, cultural and artistic spaces, National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, and gourmet streets. The activity intensity, atmosphere, and spatial scale along the way vary between dense and sparse, sometimes lively and at other times tranquil, flowing naturally like the cursive script in calligraphy. The term "cursive script" is explained by ancient scholars as: "black calculated against white, the first character leading the piece; left and right strokes flowing, with varying density; dense with no ventilation, wide enough for a horse to run." The spatial structure derived from cursive script serves as the starting point for design inspiration, hoping to create an urban characteristic space based on the rhythm and cadence of cursive script. Due to the design concept of "Cursive Script Enlightenment Road," it is also known by the nickname "Calligraphy Greenway" in English. Recommended attractions around Calligraphy Greenway:
