Green Road Introduction
Calligraphy Greenway starts from the National Museum of Natural Science in the north and extends to the Art Garden Greenway in the south. This urban space features a linear structure with activity nodes along the way, including the National Museum of Natural Science, Citizen Plaza, Qindex Eslite Greenway, cultural spaces, National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, and food streets. The intensity, atmosphere, and spatial scale of activities vary between being compact and serene, creating a natural and smooth flow akin to the calligraphic style of "Running Script." "Running Script," as interpreted by the ancients, refers to: "Calculating white as black, the first character leading the piece; sweeping left and right, with varying density; tightly packed yet well-ventilated, wide enough for horses to run." The architectural layout structured by Running Script serves as the starting point for design inspiration. Based on the rhythm and cadence of Running Script, the aim is to create an urban space with unique metropolitan characteristics. Due to the design concept of "Understanding Calligraphy," it is also commonly known as "Calligraphy Greenway" in English. Recommended attractions around Calligraphy Greenway include:
