Phoenix Mountain Farm Introduction
Phoenix Mountain Farm is located in Houli District, near attractions such as Houli Horse Ranch and Lih Pao Land. The farm features vast expanses of beautiful scenery, with facilities for barbecuing, a café serving simple meals, and fresh game and mountain produce. It also has one of Taichung's well-developed healthy hiking trails. The well-planned wooden paths boast the richest variety of tree species and ecology. Visitors can ascend along the wooden paths, enjoying the changing mountain views, listening to the chirping of birds, and admiring Taiwan's native plants. Here, you can opt to hike in the early morning to watch the sunrise or come in the evening for the sunset, enjoying a panoramic view of 260 degrees that encompasses the famous Huoyan Mountain and Taichung Port. If you visit during the Tung Flower Festival from March to May, the ground covered with white fallen tung flowers offers a romantic experience. Looking up at the branches, you will see clusters of tung flowers peeking through the foliage, creating a beautiful scene of green and white that will leave a lasting impression!
