308 Heights Introduction
The 308 Highland is a commanding point of Zuochen Caoshan, overlooking the magnificent chalk hill landscape of the Moon World. Here, one can witness a vast and desolate scenery akin to that of the lunar surface. Each summer, after an afternoon shower, when the sun reappears, layers of mist surround the mountains, reflecting sunlight in a manner reminiscent of the slanted light at the dawn of Erliao. The entire area of the Moon World is bathed in a golden hue. A Japanese photographer once stayed at a local residence in the 308 Highland for two months to capture the breathtaking scenery, only departing once he had obtained photos that satisfied him.
