Miao Shou Temple Introduction
Miaoshu Temple is located next to Anping Fort. Tracing back the history of the temple's construction, it dates back to the late Ming Dynasty, when a royal boat carrying a divine statue docked nearby, and was welcomed by fishermen for worship. The temple was officially established during the Qianlong era, dedicated to Bodhisattva of Health, and the royal boat from that time is enshrined there.
