The building features energy-efficient design and a lightweight steel structure with a wave-like shape, reflecting the imagery and grand momentum of a maritime city. The architectural design consists of a large-span steel structure clad with over 10,000 aluminum alloy panels that regulate natural light and air. The wavy roof complements the scenery of the harbor city and adds a dazzling landmark to the port. The building’s energy-saving concept has won multiple green energy awards. At night, the surrounding area is illuminated by sparkling lights, resembling starlight or fishing lights flickering in the sea breeze, creating a brilliant night view in cooperation with the surrounding coastal buildings.
