Yuanzhonggang Ecological Wetland Park Introduction
At the coastal area of the Nanzih District lies the Yuanzhong Port Wetland Park. Originally a vast aquaculture area belonging to the navy, the land was reclaimed by the military due to the development plan of the Navy's second-generation vessel base. It has been reconfigured into a wetland park, featuring rich mangrove wetland ecology, with numerous plants, insects, and bird species inhabiting the area. With wooden plank pathways installed, visitors can easily enjoy the beautiful natural scenery within the park.
