Ming Te Village (Jiangjun Village) Introduction
Mingde Street in Mingde New Village is home to high-ranking officers of the Navy. This area was once the officers' quarters for the Japanese Navy's 11th Air Fleet, so the bungalows are primarily in Japanese architectural style with spacious courtyards. Each official residence averages about 1 to 2 hundred square meters. Former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone also lived in the village, and after the war, it continued to house naval officers and their families, truly making it a village of generals.
