Qieding Fishing Village Scenic Bicycle Route Introduction
Hengda Harbor Lover's Wharf is the starting and ending point of the Qieding Fishing Village Scenic Bike Path. The sea breeze, sunlight, coconut trees, wooden boardwalks, and the sailboat-shaped seaside theater create a tropical ocean atmosphere. Along the bike path, one can pass through the largest migratory bird wintering habitat in southern Taiwan—Qieding Wetland Park, where you can observe avian ecology and precious mangrove forests. You can then ride through the 5-hectare Coastal Park, which has a coastline of 900 meters, enjoying the boundless scenery all the way to the estuary of the Erjen River and the Baishalun Wetland. Whether cycling in the morning with the sea breeze or admiring the shimmering fishing lights and the colorful lights of Lover's Wharf during the golden sunset, it is a romantic and relaxed trip.
