Qieding Fishing Village Cycling Route Introduction
Hsingta Harbor Lover's Wharf is the starting and ending point of the Qieding Fishing Village Scenic Cycling Path. The sea breeze, sunshine, coconut trees, wooden boardwalk, and sail-shaped seaside theater outline the tropical maritime ambiance. Along the cycling path, you can pass through the largest migratory bird wintering habitat at the southern tip of Taiwan—the Qieding Wetland Park—where you can observe migratory bird ecology and the precious mangroves. You can then race to the coastal park, which covers an area of five hectares and has a coastline of 900 meters, to enjoy the endless scenery, eventually reaching the estuary of the Erhjen River and the Baishalun Wetland. Whether cycling in the morning while facing the sea breeze or appreciating the shimmering lights of the Lover's Wharf and fishing boats in the golden evening glow, it is a romantic and picturesque light travel experience.
